Drugs - Does anyone take anything to sleep? Prescribed/non… If so what works, what doesn’t, WHY?
Productive things to do when you can’t sleep - ???
I’m awake. Why? - Stream of consciousness style word association entries, timed at 5 minutes?

I have self-diagnosed RLS & sleep apnea. can’t do anything about the RLS, but I use breathe right strips to help me breathe better. I’ll do deep breathing to relax muscles, and when my mind is really going fucking nuts, i’ll write.

i’m a huge fan of those ideas, especially the stream of consciousness … god only knows what you can come up with when you’re completely out of it and on a roll.
also:
- bad ideas: what have you tried to do to fall asleep that *hasn’t* worked and could probably be classified as stupid, dangerous, laughable or a mix of the three? not necessarily remedies … i.e. staying up for a week or something
- foods! many say specific foods you eat or drink before trying to sleep can directly affect how quickly you’re able to get to bed and how soundly you sleep.
- weirdest places you’ve slept / fallen asleep / should have slept but didn’t
